Gluten free all-purpose flour

A quick recipe and solution to your frustration of failed attempts on gluten free products!

Makes about 9 cups of flour

Ingredients:

4 cups brown rice flour

2 cups white rice flour

2 cups potato starch

1/2 cup tapioca flour

1/2 cup corn starch

2 Tbsp xanthan gum

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly, about 5 minutes, to ensure the mixture is well combined.
  2. Use right away, or store in some container that is airtight
