I have one huge goal in life: empowering vegan newbies into flourishing, strong vegan babes.
Just like many young women, I had some major issues with food growing up. I had eating disorders, jumped from one fad diet to another, and misused drugs and alcohol. I didn’t realize what I was physically doing to my body until I woke up one day unable to see out of my eye. It turned out I was severely malnourished and dehydrated- I had lost 30 pounds in the span of about 2 months.
It took me 3 years to fully recover from the harm I caused my body, and I’m happy to say it’s been 5 years since that horrible day. I’ve been able to heal my body through a plant based diet and get into the best shape of my life doing the things I love since then! I want to help you feel and look amazing like I do, with very small changes to what you’re already doing.
